This [redacted] owner did not apologize when we caught him red handed almost double charging us for truck rental. He was rude and arrogant to us when we questioned him on it and as military family who has ties to designer and antique business we will tell EVERYONE we know about this horrific experience and NEVER do business here again. When questioned he tried to blame the website and everyone but himself, then offered no apology or explanation of what happened.Please be advised it seemed due to the nature of our conversation this is NOT the first time this owner has acted in this manor. Please be advised we are also going to make sure this is investigated to the highest extent of the law.Please post this where other patrons can be warned regarding this poor business owner.Product_Or_Service: Truck RentalAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementREFUND FROM THE [redacted] OWNER WHO IS RUDE AND ARROGANTBusiness Response [redacted] came personally to find out she's been charged extra. I personally looked thru her original rental contract that she signed at the time of rental with [redacted]. I found out she's been charged cancellation fee of $50 which system usually does when customer do/does not late or duplicate reservations. I called and spoke and explained her that Yes she's been charged $50 and [redacted] will refund that ASAP but she said don't worry I'll go with my Attorney. I do not find reason to be this this much upset for this since everything is ok she is getting her $50.
