I was in for service on April At the time they were running a coupon special of $off of service/parts over $My total came to $ It wasn't until I arrived home and had a better look at the receipt, that I realized I didn't receive the coupon discountOn April 2016, I received the following email:

In March of I purchased a Subaru *** with just under 16,miles on itIn November of the car just died on me while drivingI had it towed to Center Subaru as it was closer to my home and paid the extra $to have it taken thereIt took them several days to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle but then stated is was the engine main wire harness that needed to be repaired and it was done under warrantyAt this time the car had 99,miles on it as I do put on approx30,miles per yearSince this time the car has been in for service approxtimes, all for the same thing, check engine light on, running rough and at one point the front bumper underneath started to melt07/17/2014: Returned vehicle for Check Engine Light on, CAT Convertor with muffler replaced 01/16/2015: Vehicle returned for Check Engine Light on, CAT Convertor with muffler replaced again (*** Dealer)
03/19/2015: Vehicle returned for Check Engine Light on, coil pack, wires, plugs fried (*** Dealer) 05/27/2015: Vehicle returned for Check Engine Light on, oxygen sensors replaced
10/15/2015: Vehicle returned for Check Engine Light on, CAT Convertor with muffler replaced 10/19/2015: Vehicle returned for Check Engine Light on, running rough, pedal sensor, CAT Convertor with muffler replaced as well as coil, plugs, wires03/29/2016: Vehicle returned for Check Engine Light on, gas cap code, changed gas cap
05/09/2016: Vehicle returned for Check Engine Light on, Gas cap code again, OEM gas cap already on vehiclePlease keep in mind that when Center Subaru had my car they had it for several weeks at a time on numerous occasionsEven with all this work at an out of packet expense of $9,my car still has the check engine light, I can't even get it inspected now and since November I have only put on approx 30,miles as the car has been in for repair more than it has been outI refuse to pay any more out of pocket expense and spoke with Center Subaru about this and was basically told either have it repaired or live with itI called Subaru of America and complained about the vehicle, they stated considering the history of the vehicle and the mileage there was nothing they could do and deferred me back to Center SubaruThe history of the vehicle is that it is a "Lemon Law Buy Back" I then asked how could they sell the car and then they quickly stated they brought the car back to factory specifications , so I asked again about a resolution and was declined for the same reasonI can't believe a dealer would allow someone to spend this much money without considering to counsel me about no further repairI now have a car I cannot drive and/or inspectThis is totally unethical and unfairOn at least half of these services the car was in Center Subaru's shop for greater than one month to try and figure out what was wrong with itTo date there has been no resolution of my car's issuesI feel that when the engine main wire harass failed it may have damaged the main computer in the car and when I asked about this I was told that was unlikely and there was no way to test for itI now have a car I cannot driveCenter Subaru should have never let it go this far and Subaru of America should have stood behind this lemon law vehicle which was sold as a pre owned certified vehicle

Review: I had put a $500 deposit on a car but decided against the purchase. I was told on 8/5 that my deposit would be refunded to my account and that it could take up to 72 hours. It has now been 1 week, 1 day and still no refund. Yesterday I sent two emails and made 1 phone call and was told they would get right back to me. No one called. Today I called the manager in the morning and he said he'd get right back to me. No call. I called again at 1 pm and the receptionist said he said he knows he has to get back to me but he's been busy. All I know is that $500 is a lot of money to me. I told the receptionist to let him know that if he didn't call back within 1/2 hour, I would be contacting the Revdex.com. It is now 1:45 pm and no phone call, again.

Desired Settlement: I would like the $500 deposited into my checking account immediately.
