I purchased a center cap for my Fthrough their website on 2/4/My debit card was charged immediately but I received no confirmation of my orderI waited a day and sent an email asking for confirmation of the order and received no responseIn the FAQ they state they do not provide a phone number because they respond quickly to emailsThis has not been the caseI sent another email through the website on 2/and still no responseI would not recommend this company to anyone as it appears as they take your money and provide no goods or services in the end

I purchased a center cap for my F150 through their website on 2/4/16. My debit card was charged immediately but I received no confirmation of my order. I waited a day and sent an email asking for confirmation of the order and received no response. In the FAQ they state they do not provide a phone number because they respond quickly to emails. This has not been the case. I sent another email through the website on 2/8 and still no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone as it appears as they take your money and provide no goods or services in the end.

Review: I came out of church one late night from evening service only to find my chrysler middle caps on my tires were stolen. I then ordered some new custom caps from Centercaps.net for a total of 169.56 to replace the ones stolen off my husbands car that he was upsate about. I am very upset because this company received the payment I sent from my bank by online order and then I e-mailed them to check on the order I was informed that my money had been refunded and that was on 3/13/13. They did not reverse anything and the bank would know of this. I told them if I do not get my money that that I have forward this complaint to the Revdex.com and FTC so I need my money back that my husband gave me to replace his caps that were stole when I had the car.Desired Settlement: FULL CREDIT BACK TO MY BANK OF AMERICA ACCT . I will accept a check

Review: In december my son ordered 2 center caps from this company for my husbands Dodge truck (for christmas) - we received them but they were the wrong finish - I contacted the company and was told to return them and they will replace them with correct finish....we returned them and waited..and waited..and waited . Then when I inquired as to when they were sent back to us, I was told they were sent but the company could not say when or where they were sent! I have tried calling the company, but no responseDesired Settlement: I would just like the correct center caps or refund my son his money

Will not respond to questions about "where is my product that has been paid for " no phone number to contact them and no response by email.
Do not buy from this company!

Review: Centercaps sent me the wrong product, after sending it back three weeks ago i'am yet to hear any information on the matter. Anytime I try to contact them about my purchase, I receive an email telling me to submit yet another form, I feel like I was scammed out of my money and I wouldn't recommended Centercaps.net to anyone.Desired Settlement: I really want the part for my truck, but If I can't get the correct part I paid for I would like my full refund back.

Review: My order was for center caps for a [redacted]. I ordered four of them. I received one, and it was not the type I ordered.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the caps I paid for. If that's not possible then I would like a refund.

Review: I ordered a Chevrolet center cap on last Tuesday from centercaps.net they were suppose to send a receipt and the product was suppose to ship with 72 hours. I haven't received my center cap nor the receipt. You can only contact them by email so I sent email no response but the 37.99 have been taken out of my account. My cr is [redacted] and order is [redacted]. I want a refund to my account or the center cap that I ordered.Desired Settlement: If they cant send the center cap I will like my refund.
