Good Morning - I have reviewed Mr. [redacted]'s account and I see that a final bill of $152.36 was mailed on 04/02/2009 and the outstanding balance of $152.36 was paid in full on 02/11/2014 leaving the account with a zero balance. Our records show...

that on 10/16/2014, a deletion request to all three credit bureaus was submitted by our Credit Department. I spoke to a Sr. Credit Rep in our Credit Department this morning and was advised that sometimes this happens, where one of the bureaus does not remove the account the first time. She re-entered the deletion request again today. She also stated that she would be glad to mail or email Mr. [redacted] a confirmation letter if he would like. Please let me know if you any additional questions. Can you provide the service address where Mr. [redacted] had service in Oklahoma so we can locate the account.

How does Centerpoint Energy not know the "location" of my account when they have the full history? I would like for Centerpoint Energy to email me a confirmation letter to [redacted] XXXXX.

Per Mr. [redacted]'s request, I have notified our credit department and they had advised me a confirmation letter will be mailed to Mr. [redacted] today or Monday.
