Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 17, 2016/07/28) */ Hello [redacted] This is pranav Modi from Centerpoint Carwash It is regarding about complaint from customer ( [redacted] ), first of all I work everyday on and off , I didnot get any complaint regarding about the key less issue, We have a policy in place that , " if their is an issue with the customer , customer has to left written complaint , and next day I do follow up on that" In this case , we just touch the car key to operate the car, we are not sure the key was broken before it came to our Carwash, we wash cars not keys, so saying that we don't take the responsibility for the keys ,, Still if you want I can go further and check my cameras , if customer can provide me the rough time , make and model of the car and the date Let me know Thanks [redacted] XXX XXX XXXX Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 19, 2016/07/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I understand what you wash there do not have to be Sarcastic about what operates thereBecasue your employee stated that the key was fine when the first guy initially touch the vehicle (the guy that drove it in) so that just cuts out the fact key did not come broken when I arrived there at your car wash and top of that when he was investigated he was talking in Spanish to your employees which he thought I didn't talk the language that's how I caught your employees lies so how it's broken is the question you should ask your unethical work work employees because they just covering there own section and top of the complain I ask clearly to you employees about action I can take and for some reason they stated that they could not help but just to call and hope your there to talk to you so in that format your system is miscommunications With you and your employeesCamera would help if only they can get the angle that actually looks at driver or benefits anything they do with the keys because you must not be familiar the job does require to touch keys several times from when they drive it in to the wash and drive it out park it and adjust it to a position they wish to park and I actually seem them myself move the car like I stated previously they always hand me the keys in my hand but he walk away they guy who moved the car and than after a different employee gave me the keys so that is just a fishy scence and that they try keep secret by speaking SpanishSeveral time when I was there I caught many lies so if it's just going be a conclusion based on words I feel like we not going any where with thisI just want my key fix and for your employee just to take responsibility on there action and be truthful like I said I been there many time to wash my car loyal employee to your car wash and to devalue me like this is very unpleasant to know how you treat your customers Car: Honda Civic SI Black sedan Issued occurred : 06/18/XX X-X:XXpm
