stages our Team Members tried their best to deal with the discrepancies and each step of such correction needs lot of back stage work and consultation with other offices who are part of the reservation documents createdThese offices are not in the motelSo this takes time.It probably is not clear to you so you were upset and just you have admitted you were"pissed" off etcOur Team Members are drilled with the value of treating customers with utmost courtesy and not to match them when customer is upsetBut the basic presumption of every service provider is that the customer will treat the service providers with due respect and not humiliate themOnce that bridge is undone, it is hard to see issues clearly.I found out that you accepted the charge for seventh ticket which cost $*** needed for youThat money goes to *** *** and unless you paid it, you get no ticketThis is not money paid to us, so we can not refundWe did refund you *** from our funds which takes out money earned by the motel as rent.As such your demand has been met to the extent possible for usWe try to give you most amenities for least possible room rentWe improve our facilities constantly being a small minority owned businessThis leaves us with very little room for wasteIt also makes us value every customer that comes hereIt is our intention to make every customer feel respected and welcomed.It will be very sad if we will miss you next time you are in this areaBut it will be our greatest pleasure to meet you in person when we can exchange more experiences that shape our life.I end this message with my best wishes for reminder of summer and love and laughter for you and yours.Thank you, K J S*President,Very Fine Motels Inc Dba Centerstone InnDoswell, Va
