We contacted our member Amanda C Kircher about the problem referenced in Revdex.com Complaint [redacted] on Friday, December 2 and resolved it. We refunded the fee that Ms. [redacted] requested and acknowledged her concerns with our technology. To avoid the publication of the details of the transactions on her account, we asked if she would “drop” the complaint to which she agreed.  She told us that she would be contacting the Wisconsin Revdex.com to do that. [redacted]Chief Experience Officer[redacted]

The complaint requested no further contact from the credit union so we did not contact her.  However, at the time of Ms. Toufer visiting the office, WESTconsin did file a dispute on her behalf to have the funds returned to her from Apple ITunes and that was processed within 3 business...

days.  Unfortunately, due to how the current dispute process works, WESTconsin is not privy to what was purchased on ITunes nor who purchased it.  If Ms. Toufar would like that information, it is something that she would need to contact ITunes to receive. We also recommend that she removes any credit/debit card from that service due to the number of disputes she has filed with them. Revdex.com:i have tried contacting the Westconsin Credit Union. Even tried talking to a banker face to face when it happened and got treated very poorly and unprofessional.

This is in response to a member complaint submitted on 08/10/2016 with an assigned ID number of [redacted] against WESTconsin Credit Union. Our members signed a Credit Sale Agreement on 04/14/2016 that explained their obligation to purchase insurance protecting the collateral. On the same day, they...

also signed a separate document titled Collateral Insurance Agreement agreeing to contact their insurance agent to purchase insurance, listing us as the lienholder. Because we had not received notice of their insurance coverage, we sent reminder letters to our members on 04/25, 05/13, 06/10, 07/08, and 07/29 before we force placed insurance on 08/09/2016. Copies of these documents are available if needed. The premium amount of $576 was incurred for the period of 04/30/2016 through 06/28/2016 during which there was no proof of insurance coverage. That debit card was issued in my name (Katherine A Toufar) and only my name.  Why did Westconsin Credit Union authorize that purchase as it didn't come from me or any family member.

I have had contact with the business and they are making changes to their mobile deposit acceptance times, researching why I never received the emails, and they are also refunding my fee.  I am completely satisifed with this solution and would to drop the complaint against them.  I am not...
