Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory The warranty rep again showed up at our home unannounced to us and proceeded to simply stand around while our country were being repaired, not replacedWe brought up the giant crack in our ceiling that was to have been repaired in SeptemberHe was completely unorganized and had no recollection of a work orderInstead of taking the hours that he was hanging out, to look up the order instead he as usual asked us to provide him with the proof that this was indeed an issue that we had already submitted for repairWe provided him emails and picture documentationAgain as usual it was "if you don't hear from me by the end of next week, give me a call." The lack of organization and professionalism is mind blowingI have 100% confidence that I will be having to call Pulte and once again provide email documentation and picture evidence only to be told they have no intention of fixing the cracks in our drywall Sincerely [redacted]

Each Purchase Agreement clearly states the earnest deposit requirements The second Purchase agreement was never completed The seller was willing to apply the original Earnest Money if the buyer closed on the transaction, which did not happen as they walked away a second time within days of signing agreement

As you may know *** is in the Business of building high quality single family homes*** strives to provide good customer service and to maintain positive relationships with our customersPart of that relationship is built on clear and consistent communicationIn this particular case we failed
to adequately communicate with *** ***As of February 15th we have met with *** *** and are in the process of resolving his warranty concerns

As you may know, Pulte is in the business of building high quality single family homes. Pulte strives to provide good customer service and to maintain positive relationships with its homebuyers. Part of that relationship is built upon warranties, but those are limited in nature and
duration In this particular case, the homebuyers never provided notice to Pulte of any concern with their home until August 24, 2016. What you may not know is that more than ten years have passed since the completion of the *** home, which closed in August of 2006. Until Pulte was notified in August of this year of the alleged mold in the attic, we were not aware of any such concerns with their residence.
Based upon the information that has been provided, Pulte cannot conclude that the original construction was in any way defective or noncompliant with the applicable building code in 2006, or in fact caused the purported mold growth. Moreover, both the six-year Statute of Repose and six-year statute of limitations for construction defect claims have long since expired. While Pulte wishes it could address every claim of every homeowner, that simply is not possible nor is it a feasible business model. Pulte, like other builders in Washington, relies upon the clear benchmarks established by the law. Without these, Pulte would not be able to build homes in Washington as potential claims would exist in perpetuity
Please understand that Pulte appreciates the significance of the claim that the mold growth may have caused or contributed to *** ***’s allergies. Pulte is quite sympathetic to this concern and wishes the ***s, and *** in particular, all the best Pulte wants all of their clients to be satisfied with their home and for that home not to be a cause of any emotional or physical distress. At this time, however, Pulte is unable to agree to the demand that they reimburse the ***s for the remediation of the purported mold in the attic

Customer requested to terminate Purchase Agreement due to the yard size and customer selected items just prior to closing. Earnest Deposit was retained per the terms of the Purchase Agreement
