I purchased a part from website and paid extra for a "2-day" shipping instead of the free shipping that was listed as 3-daysThe shipping information was not provided to me when product shippedI attempted to contact vendor through phone but there was no answer, a quick call back and now phone call went right to voice mailI submitted a request to cancel order on website and immediately got a reply back stating that it had shipped days ago and they had given me the tracking numberThe tracking showed this package was shipped out using a standard ground service and it was days from ship dateThe website led me to believe that if I paid more money for shipping I would receive the product soonerThis was not the case and I feel that the extra money paid for shipping was just stolen by company with no intention of honoring

I am rejecting this response because:Please compare what I said in my complaint (the real facts) with what this [redacted] said. I need him to cover the return costs for the wrong part number/brand and send me the right part/right brand which is VALEO, OEM part number 61326901961. I need a prepaid return label in my e-mail ([redacted]@hotmail.com), I need my negative but honest review to be posted on his website after he erased it twice and ask him to unblock my access to his website from my home IP. How is possible to use so much energy and resources to ignore a situation you have with one of your costumer, situation created by this guy, to fight in any way you can imagine like erasing his reviews and block his access to your website instead resolving the problem in a simple way like send him the correct brand and part number who paid for? Every future costumer has to be inform about how this guy treated his costumers with ignorance and rudeness.
I placed a negative but honest feedback on his website and he just erased it within an hour. After a couple of weeks I received an email where I’ve been asked to place a review about this transaction. I placed the same review and it was erased again plus he blocked my acces to his website using my home I.P. Every single review on his website is positive because they are filtered constantly by the owner.
