I am rejecting this response because:
Freedom Chevrolet continues to deflect culpability for the ongoing delays. Although they accept that they broke my dome lamp, they don't even address the fact that they had my VIN and initially ordered a part for a vehicle without a sunroof, which mine clearly has. This was the first ordering error.  The rest are a culmination of errors, both by the parts supplier and Freedom.  On 4 eparate occasions, I received a phone call from Freedom that ALL of my parts were in so repairs could be completed.   Each time I waited approximately 1 ½ hours before being told they didn’t have all the parts to perform repairs.  Freedom has responded that they “don’t understand how I think I deserve not to pay for repairs initially completed on my vehicle or how they would even consider this.”  They then follow up with a comment about blackmail and an attempt to review not paying for services.  This is ludicrous.  They must have forgotten that I paid my bill in full on the day I picked up my vehicle.  I made this as a suggestion to see if Freedom would be willing to make any good faith concessions to rectify the issues surrounding the ongoing delays.  They did not, and it appears they are onlyconcerned with the short term bottom line, not customer satisfaction.  They didn’t even offer to do anything that wouldn’t cost money, such as wash my car. I am simply a customer, with lots of choices, looking for a business to care about those who help keep their doors open.  Business need to remember that they need customers more than customers need them.  Regarding their blackmail comment, Freedom shows they don’t understand what they are talking about.  Blackmail is defined as “the crime of threatening to reveal embarrassing, disgraceful or damaging information about a person to the public, family, spouse or associates unless money is paid to purchase silence.”  I’m not sure how this definition would apply here, as I paid for my repairs and am not revealing anything embarrassing, disgraceful or damaging.  I am exercising my legal right to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and write a review of my experience.  I’m not threatening anything and haven’t demanded any money – I have stated the facts.  I simply stated in my complaint that I would like to have my money refunded.  A simple “We can’t do that” or “yes, we screwed up and want to do something to make it right” would have sufficed.  Instead, Freedom went on the offensive and began throwing around legal terms that they do not comprehend.  This is a true measure of their core business values.   As stated in my last response ~ I will not be a customer of Freedom for anything in the future based on this experience.

We did break the interior light and ordered new parts for his repair (we didn't get used parts) for his 10 yr. old vehicle. We did have a problem getting the parts from General Motors because of the age of the vehicle and no replacement parts had been produced prior to Their...

This is not an uncommon problem for a vehicle of this age, but the repair was finally completed yesterday and he has a NEW light in his vehicle.I don't understand how he could think he deserves not to pay for the repairs initially completed on his vehicle or how we would even consider this. He has tried to blackmail us with social media reviews to set up this Revdex.com complaint. At this time the only action I'm considering is doing a USAA review on employees of USAA Blackmailing businesses so they don't have to pay for services.
