I had a Roof installed on my 45,000 sq ft commercial building (flat roof) in 2008. Not the first but it was a memorable decision to go with Centimark for this project. They had done some great service work up to this point and when it came time to do this major project we asked them for a quote. Their pre-work inspection and reports were very professional and timely, more so than some others. Our written contract read "warranty for 20 years - 100% of all labor, material and workmanship". Upon completion they provided a full project walk through with checklist and photos. I gotta tell you as a Property Manager where the last thing you want is fly by night company to promise X and deliver Y or worse disappear the moment the project is finish. These guys have always delivered above and beyond. Time and again we choose Centimark for our multiple properties. I'd recommend using Centimark for any service, re-roofing or flooring needs.
