Removal of mounted Tv's from wall
Centos Moving was contracted to move my furniture from apt to house with specific instructions to not touch or remove any tv's that was mounted on wall . I personall told The manager IN charge "Philippe" and also the forman when he arrives to do the moving. While I was carring one tv to house their workers removed on tv from mount and storted it in the truck. When I asked why they did that they told me not to worry all will be fine , after tv was installed I saw the tv cracked when I switched on. I contracted them and they did not response at all it took then a whole 1.5 month to get a response .they agreed to give me a check for $35 for the weight of the tv to which I refused and I have not got any correspondent from them since then. that were 5 months ago although I have called and left several messages to no avail.
lets talk the tv was a yeaR OLD. would not accept any thing other than a replacemnt of tv minus 1 year of use

We are sorry for any inconvenience and any damage that our crew may have caused to your TV, as our goal is to always provide a smooth and stress-free transition for our customers.
We do acknowledge having moved one of your TVs after our on-site estimator was informed to not move them. However, as it was stated during your claim process with the company, there is no evidence that your TV was damaged by any one of our professionals and/or during your moving process.
Regardless, as we are always in favor of a quick, professional, and amicable resolution with our customers, we took responsibility for it and offered you the refund based on the standard valuation protection that every moving company is required to offer free of charge, which you refused.
After our most recent communication, both our company and you agreed to a higher amount, for which a check has been sent and this claim can now be considered closed by both parties.
