I am in receipt of your letter dated Monday, September 30, 2013, regarding the above ID number.Please note that the complainant first reported a problem with our Cento Puree Passata in an email on September 11, 2013. We replied back by email on September 13, 2013, reassuring the consumer that we would look into the matter and replace the product she found lacking quality. On September 15, 2013, the complainant sent another email stating she did not receive a response to her emails. On September 17, 2013, we emailed back explaining that we did reply, but perhaps it was not received for reasons unknown. Copies of all the emails are available upon request.Please note that on September 18, 2013, UPS delivered complimentary product replacements to the complainant.
