My Friend has stayed at this inn for several days after being displaced. The "manager or Owner" keeps raising prices on her each time she pays even though she has AARP discount the price keeps going up. The Night clerk, when called, couldn't even give her the last name of the manager or owner. each time she uses the sink it backs up because of the rust in the pipes. there is people in and out of the Inn parking lot blowing horns and yelling, slaming doors and talkig and yelling as loud as possible. Also, there is cars driving around and around and around the parking lot "looking" for someone. but never to be found. there was some type of Fire where the window was either blown or knocked out and the patrons were allowed to go back to there rooms with the burnt smell still lingering. the management has no Clue how to deal with customer service at all. speaking rudly and interupting you while your speaking to them and talking to the housekeeping in another language without saying excuse me or anything. I would never ever send another friend or relative to this Inn especially if they have children! this place seems to have alot of drug activity and prostitution. the pictures are a complete lie!

I stayed here in October, so at least you know they are lying about remodeling last year. So yes, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
