The windows are decent, however the customer service and follow through is awful. My installation estimate was off by about 5 weeks and no one contacted me to inform of this. Further - when I called to inquire, I was told they would look into it and get back to me. I never received a return call. When I followed up next, I was told that my order had been put on hold for many weeks because someone was considering adding to my order. I was unaware of any potential changes to the order...and I am the home owner and credit card holder. Not only did they entertain the idea of changing my order without my consent or knowledge, but they also delayed my installation without notifying me.
When my windows were finally installed, 1/3 of my order was incorrectly measured by them and was therefore another 2 week wait for install. Again, no one contacted me to advise of the new install date and I had to take it upon myself to follow up.
When my installation was finally complete, I asked the Customer Care Supervisor how they would be able to better my experience with Centra Windows. She informed me that Centra "does not rectify issues of customer service"...disappointing seeing as I chose them due to their self-reported excellent customer service.
Save yourself the headache and waste of time and energy, and go with a different company.
