one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with
Poor communications, service and knowledge of repairman

This company is a fraud of the highest order.
NOTHING in the service agreement is lived up to...everything is extra....although it says nothing of that in the agreement.
The 2 hour window is also bogus. They first told me 10-noon....then at noon they called and made it by 2...then at 2 they made it 4....yes...those are 2 hour increments but the scam is obvious.
The contract specifies what they'll do and they don't/
The attitude is "SUIT ME". No matter what they do, no matter what the contract says....once they are in you house....they'll find some way to rake you over the coals....usually after the appliance is taken apart.
DON'T DO IT...YOU'LL BE SORRY.
THE MAFIA IS HONORABLE COMPARED TO THESE DIRT BAGS.

Beware! Few technicians at this company are knowledgable as far as diagnosing & troubleshooting an A/C problem. The first technician on Weds decided that it was "probably" the thermostat. I was charged for a new thermostat. When that did not solve the problem technician #2 on Thurs told me it wasn't the thermostat and reset the delay time in the thermostat...problem still not solved. Technician #3 on Fri unequivocally told me that the thermostat was not the problem - I was sold a part that I did not need & then gave me the name of the person who I should speak to in order to get a refund. He said the problem was a spiking compressor which could not be fixed. CAC decided that they would not refund the cost of the thermostat "as it was decided that it was needed at the time it was replaced. " .They offered me a rebate on a service contract instead. Why would I continue using the services of a company that lacks business ethics and treats its customers so unfairly? I wouldn't...my A/C unit was replaced....not by CAC.

I've been with CAC for several years. I called them out today (the day after Thanksgiving) because my garbage disposal stopped working and was leaking when the water was turned on.
I called them this morning and they gave me a 3-5 PM window. I was pleasantly surprised.
The guy got here about 3:15 and was gone in 20-25 minutes.
He took out and installed a new garbage disposal. Problem solved and he and the person I spoke with to make the appointment were both very cordial.
I have also used them twice before for problems with my washing machine and had no problems.
