Review: I paid $8,586.00 for a brand new HVAC system. I'm having problems with the heating unit. I called Central Air Systems ([redacted] & [redacted]) several times to address the problem. [redacted] told me that [redacted], the [redacted] of the company did not put in the correct heat strip. [redacted] advised me to purchase a space heater. Really???? This is totally unacceptable and I need your help. I'm 81 years old and I feel that he is taking advantage of me. Please help!Desired Settlement: I paid for a new HVAC system ($8,586.00) and I expect a new HVAC system with no issues.
