There are always sides to every story, first of all, the person whom in which wrote this complaint was in FtMac Murray when I stopped by his house to look at the railing, he wrote the review solely on what he was told by family membersI was not asked to stop by and look at the railing, I was asked if I did stop by and look at the railing, I showed up at ***'s house to have a look and found things, the railing was not in bad shape and his wife had a lot of family members present, I tried to talk to her about the rail and her family members began to get involved, one by one, eventually all or of them were on me obviously taking her side, that was when I turned towards the door, grabbed the door handle and said "you have the bill" and closed the door, I did not point my finger at her nore did I slam her door, Her father came out the door after me and began to ask me questions in regards to being done, He was swearing at me, my initial thought was wow, this guy has nothing to do with this and he's calling me a piece of st, I got in my truck drove down to the end of the crescent, turned around and saw her father standing in the driveway, he was all over the place, pissed right off, I stopped my truck rolled down the window and he was going on asking me if I'am a part of the Revdex.com, I responded and said what does that matter, he was threatening to report me and thats when I told him that he is a [redacted] who wouldn't??? [redacted] has since settled up with me in regards to the bill and has apologized for leaving the review on the Revdex.com

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I did ask Brian to inspect the work as it was progressing via text message and phone callAfter the conversation with my wife he called me and left a voicemailWe were unsure how to proceed so we called our lawyerThe next morning while at work Brian called me again, left me a voicemail saying that I'm a [redacted] ***' because I won't answer the phoneIn fact I was in a meeting at work, thats why I couldn't take the callI sent him a text message saying that I would call later that dayI called that evening to settleOur lawyer advised us to pay him $due to the quality of work and hostile behaviour, and to have a professional fix the workWe decided to pay Brian a reduced amount just to close the case and not have to deal with him again Sincerely, [redacted]
