approx FebThere are hairline gaps on the butt ends of the product 1/64" particularly in the living roomThe sole source of heat for the main floor is the wood stove in the living roomThis gapping always occurs when the product is installed significantly hotter than standard room temperatures (Celsius) then the temperature dropsIt is the express opinion of this inspector that this product was installed in temperature above degrees and subsequently when the temperature dropped the slight gaps appearIt is the opinion of this inspector that the gaps in the product will close when the wood stove is reactivated in the winterThe suggested solution would be to fill the gaps with an appropriate colored filler prior to winter and the using of the wood stoveThis issue is not considered a factory flaw or product failurePictures attached *** *** *** *** *** ***

I would like to know if they do not follow through with this within a reasonable period of time what the next step is with Revdex.com or do I just proceed to Court?

that was missed, this glue was removed. Client removed garbage and we reimbursed the client. Counter trim was applied with the approval of the client. The job was ongoing and we did not get a chance to inspect or correct issues before the client made us aware. Tile & Backsplash: we were not made aware of any tile issues. -      If there are any issues still with the tiles, we will address them. Water damage: - The water issue was resolved immediately — this was an unfortunate mistake by the plumber, no other damage resulted. Plumber: first we have heard of this issue — will address. Carpet: we have addressed the carpet concerns. Will inspect again and find a viable solution. If the carpet looks to be wearing, we will call for and inspection from the supplier to resolve. Lino: issues have been addressed several times as the client made us aware. -  We will inspect and fix any additional areas. Baseboards: we were not aware of these concerns. -         We will address the situation. We have dealt with the client about each issue and concern that came up. Many issues the client made us aware of where problems that we would have dealt with before the completion of the lob. The client called many times leaving very lengthy messages, but said very little when we addressed the situation on site. The lack of communication on site resulted in many small trips and no chance for our Service Personnel to address all of the concerns at one. We would like to schedule a visit to the home, document all of the concerns mentioned in the complaint along with any other concerns or issues. Once the visit has been completed, we will send our proposal and schedule to fix any of the areas on the list.
