Hi and thanks for your time.We've had the instructions sent to the buyer to print the receipt from *** however we're unable to have the contact information of our vendor sent to the buyerThe buyer purchased this device close to years agoApple Inc should be assisting the buyer with unlocking
the iPad

Hi and thanks so much for following up with us.I've looked into this for you and again I really do apologize but we're unable to take action on this refund as the purchase was made over year ago

[The response from the business is simply the logic of it is Their Way or the Highway, They also did not provide the solid answer if the product I purchased from them was NEW or Refurbished, The *** receipt does not provide this, They claim they cannot disclose the vendor they bought from, I suggest they provide a document/letter indicating they bought it from a VENDOR (blacking out name and secretive info) and show date it was purchased something like: Tech certifies they bought this on July from #######(covered for security) and sold in Refurbished condition on DEC to ** ***...Then I can take this to apple and hold them responsible

Hi and thank you for your time. We'll be glad to assist the buyer however since it's been several months since the purchase, we'll need the buyer to provide us with the address which he's had the phone shipped to and the tracking number of which we've had provided for him so that we can look into this for him and have this resolves asap.
