Review: In regards to a purchased used black Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Purchased on 9/21/13. 60 day warranty. Delivered and installed. Then purchased a black oven/stove and microwave on 10/1/13. Two different deliverys. Tipped drivers both times each 20$. Next day 10/2/13 my fridge stopped working in morning. Woke up to bad food. Called [redacted] at store. He said a service guy would be at our house at 2pm that day. NO SHOW. NO CALL. And I called, kept getting voicemail. I call again Friday 10/3/13 and not one person knew what I was talking about. A man [redacted]. He said ok we will be at your home today 10/3/13 that same day Friday. 2pm. NO SHOW. NO CALL. Saturday AM I call and they say they will call me back. NO CALL BACK. I call again, nothing but voicemail. Again. Nothing happens Saturday. They were closed on Sunday 10/4/13. Monday morning 10/5/13 I drive down to store. No one knows what I am talking about!!!!!! They ask me if I want to buy a fridge?? What??? I already did!!! So we agree with [redacted] the owners son that they will just forget the service and swap my fridge for a new USED fridge. I pick one out but now had no choice but to pick a different color. But I was desperate for a fridge! [redacted] says it will be delivered that day, 10/5/13, at 4pm. NO SHOW!! And can't get thru over phone. I drive back down 6pm and speak to female owner, and she ask me "what do you want!?!" She doesn't listen to me and sternly says to me "you have to pick a fridge out and we will deliver tonight". I said "lady, I was here this AM and already picked out another fridge!!!" No communication at this place causing me extreme stress. Repeating myself. And they keep blowing me off! So she promised me a fridge would be delivered that night, last night. She yelled at me. And sure enough, NO SHOW AGAIN FOR THE 5th time. And again, no phone call to let me know. And no call this morning about my fridge. I drove there this morning and they started with excuses. And lied. Again.Desired Settlement: Today I asked for my money back. 371$. Proud men tried to talk me out of this there. They lied to me and said the truck is on its way with the fridge. But that's a lie. Because I wasn't even home to let them install it. Now they won't give me my money back unless I first give them the broken fridge back. But if they can't even reliever me the second fridge, how come now they have a truck to pick up the old broke one. PLUS they got my original fridge and stove that was or initially in my home. So if I give the broken fridge back I then have a huge space in my wall and ZERO FRIDGE TO FIX OR SELL. They still have my original very 1st fridge. Such stress and loss of all my food too. I want my money back. 371$ so I can go but elsewhere and have milk for my children. Young children. I am now refusing all business with them. Because even if I accept the second fridge, I have lost faith. They offered me a one year warranty but what good is a warranty when your workers don't show up 5 TIMES!!
