The part I received was clearly used even though it was listed as newIt was also brokenI bought an entire agitator assembly for my washing machine and was able to scavenge parts from what was sent and the old parts to make it workI would have returned it right away but I was in desperate need of a of a working washing machineWould never do business with them again
