customer said the washer never worked after leavingthe first visit was on 2-28-17, removed sock from pumpthe second visit on 3-4-17, removed a second sock from sump intake and coin from drain hose.customer stated 6-17-17, she called me and was trying to get ahold of me for two weeksthat puts date in question approx6-12-17, to weeks after servicethat's almost months from servicewhat for months the machine didn't work?most service is guaranteed for days from service, not months! I didn't think a refund was inline for such a long time since the service call and the complaint.if the customer is still having problems with the washer it has not been evaluated by meshe refused any service and said two other servicer men have looked at it but parts were not availablesome are and some are not .I cannot determine if washer is repairable with out looking at it firstper phone call she states it is not agitating or filling up,different complaints the three months ago

date in question approx. 6-12-17, 14 to 15 weeks after service. that's almost 3 months from service. what for 3 months the machine didn't work?most service is guaranteed for 30 days from service, not 3 months! I didn't think a refund was inline for such a long time since the service call and the complaint.if the customer is still  having problems with the washer it has not been evaluated by me. she refused any service and said two other servicer men have looked at it but parts  were not available. some are and some are not .I cannot determine if washer is repairable with out looking at it first. per phone call she states it is not agitating or filling up,different complaints the three months ago.
