After the appliances were diagnosed we called the customer with the cost of repairThe customer said he did not want to fix his appliancesWe then asked the customer if he wanted the appliances to be returned or if he wanted us to recycle themHe gave the orders to recycle the appliances and the unwanted appliances were sent to the scrap yard the same dayThe customer then came in days later demanding his appliances that had been recycled and took an appliance that did not belong to him

In response to the complaint, our warranty is for in shop service only which is clearly stated on the receipt that was signed by the customerWe will gladly replace the machine free of charge as long as the customer brings the machine back to the storeIf the customer is unable to bring the
machine back we do offer delivery service, but there is a $trip feeSince this complaint we have spoke with the customer and they agreed to bring back the machine and we will replace it at no additional charge.-Central Appliance###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:When my wife bought the refrigerator from you you told her that you guys would come out and fix any issues for the first daysYou sent someone to our house times and he didn't finish the jobYour office rescheduled for a tech to come out times in which the tech failed to show upOn the 7th day after purchase and the 3rd scheduled appointment where we waited for someone to come out but wasted our time with no call to let us know what was going on I called your officeRichard told me that we needed to bring the refrigerator on and I told him that we were told that you guys fix it at our house and was scheduled to come out and no one showed upI also told him that I was not going to pay another $deliver fee to take it back to you guys when this was a problem on your endHe hung up on me and I called backYou answered rhe phone and told me to go and screw myself and then hung up on meYou have several negative reviews on google and on Revdex.comI do not trust and believe that you are capable of fixing this problemYou have a history of "stealing" peoples equipment and I don it trust that even if I brought the refrigerator in I would get it back in working condition or even get it back periodThis would leave me in a worse situation then it already isA full refund would be the only sensible option for me at this time

No sir that is not our policyIt is clearly stated on your receipt that you signed that the warranty is for in shop serviceAgain, you can bring it back to be repaired or replaced free of charge or pay the $trip fee to have the refrigerator repaired or replaced in-home###-###-#### we can get you taken care of as soon today if you like

I am rejecting this response because:This is not true, my dad said to keep them as we are getting a second opinion and will take the back If the appliance was scrapped the same day, why did you try to trick us in giving us another appliance that sort of looks like ours? Lucky I have a picture of it taken days prior you picking it up Why would I scrap them when I could do that myself and get money for that.You inflated the repairs costs and I think misdiagnosed the repair and before us taking it somewhere else, threw it away to hide this.

I am rejecting this response because:Sir, you are not an honest business person. I will not use the word man in business and I should not even use the word business person because you are not one but running a con job. You promised my wife that if anything happened during the 90 day period you would come and  fix everything no charge. You can lie and say whatever you want but I have the text you sent her regarding this as well as the t technicians text for the 3 times he came out to our home. You take advantage of ignorant buyers. I have been in business for myself for 30 years and this is not how you build a long lasting business. You need to make your wrong with us. You can say whatever you want about your receipt but the judge will ask why you sent a technician out 3 times and why you're running such a lousy business operation and being deceitful with your clients. Your shoddy con job days are numbered. And you will not be ripping people off much longer.

No sir, we were told to recycle the appliances so that is what happened. We even offered to deliver the appliances back to your home but this offer was declined and your father said to throw them away. Usually if customers request for their appliances to be recycled we will try to salvage and repair them, but in this case, the appliances were too old and the cost of repair exceeded their re-sale value. No one is trying to trick you, we told your father that we were going to scrap the appliances (as instructed).

I am rejecting this response because:my father has been in the  rental business for over 50 years and not new at having appliances estimated, fixed and purchased.  I more focused on the refrigerator than the washing machine.  By my phone records calling your shop through my logged system at work, I show that I called you at least twice to ask for them to be held, left one message to a lady that answered your phone that I need a call back to make arrangements to pick them up.  At the very end of business on Friday, you left me a voice message, but you already said the appliance were scrapped.PNM would have paid me $50 for the scrap - I would at least like to see the $50.00 and this matter will go away

Your 90 day warranty is for in shop service which is clearly marked on the receipt that you signed.Your appliance still is under full warranty so If you bring it back to our store we will gladly repair or replace it. to your home to repair or replace the machine but there is a $45 trip for that. Please call or come in and we can get your issue solved as soon as possible. ###-###-####
