I am rejecting this response because:After an unsatisfactory experience with one of [redacted]'s coaches, the owner tried to remedy the situation by providing me with a three-month guarantee in his effort to keep me as a client and profit $205 more than he would have if I would have taken the cancellation fee as stated in the original contract.The actual text in the guarantee paperwork (see attached) the owner sent me states "after the twelve week period if you can honestly say you followed all three of the requirements and do not want to continue the experience, we will refund your entire package investment up until that point." As I mentioned in my initial complaint, I gave the three months a fair shot; however, after twelve weeks I still did not want to continue the experience. Assuming the owner would uphold the agreement, I attempted to leave on good terms and show my appreciation for the experience even though I still was unsatisfied and this was not the type of service and training program I personally wanted to continue with. In addition to what was outlined in the guarantee paperwork, you can see there is no term in the agreement stating I had to express my dissatisfaction. The guarantee is clear as well, "after the twelve week period if you can honestly say you followed all three of the requirements and do not want to continue the experience, we will refund your entire package investment up until that point" and on top of that, reviewing the entire email chain at the time of our agreement (included in the attachment) will show the same. The email chain specifically notes the owner will refund my entire 12 week package with "no questions asked" if I decide to not continue the experience (highlighted in the attachment).I appreciate Revdex.com’s continued engagement in this manner to ensure the enforceability of [redacted]’s current and future guarantees. It would seem upholding the details of the guarantee they created would allow them to keep their reputation in good standing, which is why I again kindly request that [redacted] uphold their promise of the three month guarantee and grant me a full refund of $705.
