The Purchaser, purchased this vehicle on 02/21/the vehicle in question was smogged per California standards and did pass holding a valid smog certificate on the purchase dateWith this being said, there is
no way a catalytic convertor could be bad and a check engine light coming on because in California in order to pass a smog inspection the vehicle needs to have no check engine lights and proper emissions coming from the exhaust, which a bad catalytic convertor would cause the emissions to failCentral Auto sold this vehicle with no warranty with nothing else promised or impliedWe have two statements and on due bill which shows nothing was promised and the vehicle was purchased and if any mechanical issues were to arise that the buyer not the seller would be fully responsibleI have attached the forms that have been signed by the buyerStating that buyer is fully responsible for any repairs arising from the vehicleAlso Stating that the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the vehicle is with the buyer, and if the vehicle proves defective after purchase, the buyer and not the dealer , distributor or retailer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair

Company states: Consumer bought the car as-is with no warranty. What that means the quality and risk is with the buyer. Should anything go wrong the buyer is responsible. WE do offer warranties which she declined. We did provide the disclosure to her which she signed. We gave her another copy.

This complaint has been taken care of and James has got the diesel filler neck replaced and also delivered to his house. James also received Diesel for his inconvenience, and a cap for the diesel neck. Thanks Central Auto

Hello,There was no warranty, there was a 30 days to repair and this did not happen. Car was taken several times to the dealers repair shops and other places referred to by the dealership Central Auto and still was not resolved by them.

Review: 2002 S430 was sold to me the trunk was accessible which I had to take to a mechanic on my own to get it opened. But the main issue was that this car has structural damage which was not disclosed to me at the time of sale. Because of this the car is worth more then less what I am paying for. This car was sold to me for $11k and is work $5k. When I brought this to their attention nothing was done, and the form that was to be disclosed to me with this information was not provided at the time of sale. Not to mention it took several of follow up calls and many visits to the dealership to even get a response. They obviously don't stand by their vehicles and have no integrity.I would not recommend this deal to anyone not even my worse enemy.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of balance, replacement and at the least I would like Revdex.com consumers to see this complaint as everyone should be aware of dealers like this.

I have been sending texts to [redacted] and leaving voice message for ** at [redacted] for the last three weeks. I the beginning I got the run around from Masi that it will be ordered soon and then he stopped answering my phone calls and I haven't gotten any response from **.Desired Settlement: Provide Navigation DVD and Key

Review: I purchased this vehicle 2/21/2014 and before I could leave off the lot the check engine light came on and since it was after business hours the dealer asked if I could come back and he would fix the problem asap. I have been to this car dealer over 8 times and the problem hasnt been fixed yet I took this vehicle which is a 2001 mercedes benz s class 2001 to a repair shop near my house and they told me that the catalytic converter, window relay for 3 windows, brakes, tune up and air shock and battery all need fixing. I could drive the car 2 weeks do to the battery which di replace costing over $215.00 I than called the car dealer and told them and they told me to bring it in they kept my car for 3 days and the problem never got fixed. I have been call and going there and still havent gotten it fix. I would like if this vehicle to be fix or exchanged for a different vehcile at equal value. this has been going on for the last 2 1/2 months and I need help please inform me on what I can do thank youDesired Settlement: repaired or replaced at equal value
