Central Auto Rentals & Sales Reviews (%countItem)
I have been financing a used vehicle from central auto sales for a couple of years. I have bought a *** from them and paid it off. Im currently paying for a 2005 ***. The transmission started to slip in April. I took it there on april 21, hoping it would be fixed soon as the warranty was only until june or july. I have been calling *** every day for the passed few weeks and he keeps telling me that they are waiting for the transmission and should be done by the next day. I call the next day and speak with someone else, and they tell me the transmission isn't even there yet. When I call to speak to *** he says he had to send it back. I just talked to him on tuesday august 7 and asked him what was taking so long. I had called *** to see if they got the transmission out that was going to central auto and they said it has been ready and needs to be picked up. When I told this to ***, he raised his voice and told me to go pick up *** and change it myself and that he was going to send back part. He then told me to check at 5 that afternoon. I did stop by and check bit *** wasnt there and no one seemed to know what was going on.
Finish the job I just need my vehicle
I have provided the lady with a transmission installed to her satisfaction. I have not heard from her since the installation, she is currently 5 months behind with her payments, and we did the work 1.5 years AFTER the date of purchase.
