Response to the shop He is lying in a lot of what he is saying and he is not the victim here, is very simple to verify his statement, the shop have security cameras, is all there 1) -The hose that he replaced is in the front of the motor compartment, is very difficult not to find out if that was the problem -(when I checked)- I do the majority of mechanical and service work in all my cars, motorcycles, boat and RV I could not verify his finding since I was at my work and he did not explain what hose was the one that was failing but I took his word for, since he claimed that he is an Air Conditioner Tech 2) I took the van to other shop and the problem was resolved in couple of hours by replacing a different hose, one that goes to the rear unit, the unit that Central Auto Repair charge extra for diagnosis 3)-He is missing the point, he charged me $to diagnosis the complete A/C system (he changed the fee from $to $because the van has a front and rear system), after he replaced a hose he ensured me that the system was fixed -(front and rear unit)-and he ran the van's engine with the "A/C ON" for almost an hour and everything was OK "The system failed after 1/hrsof driving or what it took to go from one end to the town to the other end" 4) - Like I stated in the complaint, when I went back and I questioned his work he got in a defensive mode by saying the things he said with his "I am unteachable attitude." "After all said and done I told him that he was a crook and I want my money back." Response to the shop.
He is lying in a lot of what he is saying and he is not the victim here, is very simple to verify his statement, the shop have security cameras, is all there.
