chance to respond to you earlier. We have been trying to figure out the problem by our side to the best convenience for our customer. I can successfully let you know that even though we believe we were not - at fault, we were able to provide a solution for our customer. We are highly committed to maintain a high Customer satisfaction rate, because customer satisfaction is a crucial point of our Business.In this case we satisfied the customer's request, by sending them a refund check with the requested amount to cover their expenses, specifically $362.00 as requested by them, for repairs to their vehicle, Model [redacted] 2004.I am replying to guarantee you and our customers that, as I mentioned earlier, we are highly committed into giving our customers the best service they deserve, and we take full responsibility of our actions.
