Review: Travel agency representative named [redacted] did not inform me of airline policy's due to this I lost my airplane ticket. She deliberately misled me telling me that I could pay a penalty for missing my flight and rescheduling a new one with 24 hours in advance. When I tried to get an explanation she opened the door and push me out the door.Desired Settlement: I want ether my money back or an air plain ticket.
