I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP HOPING TO GET A GOOD DEAL ON A LEASEUPON ENTERING I WAS GREETED BY A SALESMAN AN I EXPLAIN I WAS LOOKING FOR A LEASE, HE SAID THEY WOULD HAVE RUN A CREDIT CHECK AND IF I COULD GIVE AS GOOD FAITH? SO AFTER WE CHOSE A PARTICULAR CAR WE LIKE, WE THEN WENT TO HAVE MY CREDIT CHECKTHEY WENT ON TELLING ME THAT CREDIT WAS VERY BAD BUT APPROVED FOR THE LEASE? SO THEY WENT ON TELLING ME I WOULD HAVE GIVE DOWN PLUS FIRST CAR PAYMENT AND A MONTH, FOR MONTHTHIS WAS WAY MORE THEN I ANTICIPATED AND AFFORDI THEN ASSURED THEM I WAS NOT GOING TO AGREED TO THOSE TERMSAFTER MUCH DEBATING THE SALESMAN SAID HE WOULD TALK THE MANAGER AND RETURN WITH A LOWER PRICE A MONTH FOR MONTH EVERYTHING ELSE THE SAME? My brother has asked my husband and I to assist in a dispute with this company (central avenue)My brother bought a car from this company in August He left a deposit of $8,dollars with the sales repand neglected to get receiptIt was close of business and my brother actually left the dealership with one piece of paper, but it did not state the amount of the depositedThe sales repcame to my brothers house the next day with the paperwork and secured a signature on the contractUpon further scrutiny, he realized that the deposit was listed as $2,He tried numerous times to contact the sales repwith not resultUpon returning to the dealership several times to meet with the sales rep., my brother was told that the repwas out dealing with personal mattersOn the 2nd visit we were told that the repsmother was dying and on the 3rd visit the staff dealing with the matter confessed that they believe something is criminally wrong and directed us to contact the policethey assured us they would work to help bring this problem to a positive closeWe may have no recourse without a receipt, but the whole situation was handled poorly by the companythey put off our complaint stating that we had to wait for the sales repwho transacted the businessthis pushed passed the days available for the company to check their securitymy brother was trusting and has been robbed and taken advantage ofI issue this complaint to warn others dealing with this company to bewareThe company has not upheld its integrity even given the suspicious way its employee has and continues to act; the rephas not returned to work since the transaction with my brotherthe company said he is a top sales person and has to return to work to collect money which is a slap in the face of a hard working individual who is out of $6,

On May ** i took delivery of a Jeep Wrangler lease and they took my Ford Edge lease and paid off remaining paymentsThey were then supposed to return my edge to a ford dealerAs of today my vehicle is still sitting on there lotI spoke with Lief my salesmen and Felix the manager and neither of them are doing the right thingI contacted ford motor company again today and they stated if Edge is not returned today another payment is dueThis is terrible customer service on the Jeep dealers part & why wasn’t my edge returned months agoPlease help

that we explained to the consumerIn the same newspaper just a few pages deeper was our regular ad which spells out the exact qualifications needed to obtain the lease specialThe consumer acknowledged that she has seen the ad and also confirmed that she was aware of the items need to qualifyWe did tell her to come in and we would discuss the ad and see if we could come to a dealAlthough she did acknowledge our regular ad she refused to accept anything other than the deal that was an errorWe mailed her a copy of the letter of retraction from our ad agency that Monday and removed the ad from the Newspaper immediatelyIf the consumer hasn't received the letter as of yet I can send it to her againThis is not a course of business for us as we have been here over years and our reputat ion is very goodWe apologized to the consumer and would still love to work out a new deal with her

From a buying stand point the experience was good buying my used Jeep Grand Cherokee but was quickly changedWhen the night of driving the jeep home found a crack in the side mirror promptly reported the issue and got assurances that it would be fixed but the crew at the service department changed that
From the service advisor that setup an appointment but when I got their no one has a clue why I was their, to the service and parts director Dan O*** who said and I quote "*** *** *** ** *** ***" he is correct their I have a Jeep, so in conclusion their sales staff may be great but the experience is ruined by the service department

I purchased car and was sold an tire service policy from NITRO FILL This was deceptive because I was never told about, it was not needed and it cannot be cancelled until July of whenever I call the number and speak to Nitro Fill I cannot get a clear answer on how much does this service cost and who's paying for itI also tried to cancel it and was told to speak with the dealership I bought the car from When I went to the dealership and spoke with the sales rep Jimmy Green and his manager Joe I was still not given any clear answers as to how much is this and who's paying for itI did not ask nor do I want this serviceI also want to know how much was I charged and if I'm still being charged I also would like this service cancelledNitro fill member # / tag # is *** Plan ID effective 7/**/until 7/**/ I would like to know what kind of service is this and why was it sold to me without my knowledge

Review: Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram ran an ad on Friday, June **, 2015, on the front page of [redacted] News for a New 2015 Dodge Dart SXT. The ad conveyed a "TRUE SIGN & DRIVE!" Lease for $88/mo. for 36 months. 0 security deposit, 0 due at signing, 10K miles per year with approved credit, plus tax, tag and [redacted] fees." On that same day, I called to inquire about the car. I spoke to Kaitlin, who is the business development person. Kaitlin was unfamiliar with the ad and had to call me back. When she called me back, she told me that, after consulting with her manager, the ad seems to be in error, but if I came in with the ad, her manager said they would honor the terms of the ad. She asked me to come in on the following day (Saturday) since they close at 6:00pm on Friday. On Saturday, June **, 2015, I went to the business located at [redacted]. I asked for Kaitlin, I was told that she would be notified that I was there but in the meantime to speak to Sylvester. Sylvester then referred me to Andrew F[redacted], the floor manager. I was told that the deal would not be honored because it was printed in error. Mr. F[redacted] would not allow me to speak to Kaitlin or the General Manager, or the manager who told Kaitlin to tell me that they would honor the ad. After leaving the premises very annoyed, I called Kaitlin by phone two times. The first time Ariel answered and said Kaitlin was on the other line, put me on hold and disconnected the line. The second time, Ariel again answered and said Kaitlin had left for the day. I asked to speak to the General Manager, Jim I[redacted] (who refused to speak to me when I was at the dealership) and was again disconnected. Jim then called me back, also told me that Kaitlin left for the day, and said that when he spoke to her earlier, she denied to him that any manager said they would honor the terms of the ad. He blamed the advertising agency (who he would not name) for the error and said they would e-mail me a retraction on Monday.Desired Settlement: I want the dealership to honor the ad, as they said they would

Although she did acknowledge our regular ad she refused to accept anything other than the deal that was an error. We mailed her a copy of the letter of retraction from our ad agency that Monday and removed the ad from the Newspaper immediately. If the consumer hasn't received the letter as of yet I can send it to her again. This is not a normal course of business for us as we have been here over 60 years and our reputat ion is very good. We apologized to the consumer and would still love to work out a new deal with her.

Review: This is a complaint regarding the complete unprofessionalism at the dealership. I went in today to get a refund on the deposit that I made a couple of weeks back on a Jeep Cherokee. I decided to change my mind and go with a different car. I was told originally by the sales associate, [redacted] that I could change my mind at ANY time and get a refund, I asked several times before I put that deposit down because I wanted to be absolutely sure. I spoke to Jarred over the phone and told him I had changed my mind a couple of weeks later and also told him that I would be picking up my money prior to coming to the dealership. When I arrived I was met by Andrew Floyd who angrily and disrespectfully told me that I would not be getting MY money back because I did not call them "a day or two" after to let them know I changed my mind. Regardless of whether I called or didn't call I was told by their employee that I would get my money back if I changed my mind and he didn't give me a "timeline". I have never been so completely disrespected, I was yelled at on the floor like a child because THEY felt some way or the other about a phone call[redacted] felt that it was appropriate and necessary to yell and deny me my refund because they didn't make a sale and felt he wasted his time. It was disgusting and I am highly appalled at his behavior and the behavior allowed by the dealership. I was humiliated in front of the staff and several customers, it was ridiculous. Keeping my deposit is completely unacceptable and unprofessional especially when the employee had clearly stated I could get a refund at any point.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology for the way I was treated as well as a full refund
