We are normally able to offer replacement or a return for refund, however the customer indicated they had already proceeded to complete installation and repair the partsWhen the customer called, they requested compensation for the labor costs however our warranty does not cover laborAt this time, we can agree to the requested refund of $and have processed this today 1/26/by refunding part of the original transactionWe expect this will resolve the matter and regret any frustration

time, we can agree to the requested refund of $100.00 and have processed this today 1/26/2016 by refunding part of the original transaction. We expect this will resolve the matter and regret any frustration.
