At this time, I have been contacted directly by Central Business Solutions regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: As of September 16, 2015, [redacted] has received payment from Central Business Solutions for the amount the Church was found wrongly in default (around $2,000)Furthermore, as Central Business Solutions violated the contractual terms and did not notify [redacted] Bank upon purchasing our old copier (leased through [redacted] Bank of course), we at [redacted] had to pay [redacted] Bank directly (as opposed to CBS merely paying [redacted] Bank for the default amount); this has been doneHowever, the issue is NOT yet resolved due to the fact that Central Business Solutions has yet to settle with [redacted] Bank regarding the outstanding amount on the copier lease, which is about $23,Therefore, at this moment, the lease is still wrongly in the Church's nameHowever, per [redacted] Bank, the Church is no longer going to receive notices of default or invoices requiring immediate payment from [redacted] BankYet, if a resolution is not reached between CBS and [redacted] Bank, [redacted] Bank could continue to pursue funds from the ChurchWe have made progress on this issue, though it is certainly not entirely resolved In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: We agreed to replace our existing copier with a new one based on a sales rep stopping by our office and telling us we could get an upgrade at the same price, probably even a little less. They were supposed to return our old copier to the leasing company and make whatever buyout arrangements were necessary to return the old machine. They took the copier, but we're still getting billed by the leasing company who has said they've heard nothing from CBS. I've called multiple times and received no return callback. I emailed the [redacted] and didn't even get an acknowledgement that he had received my email. Our credit rating is being damaged because we're obviously not going to continue paying for the copier they removed. What can be done to straighten this situation out?Desired Settlement: We'd like them to contact the leasing company to straighten this out so they'll stop billing us for the old machine.

Review: We at [redacted] have repeatedly inquired by phone and email for over two months regarding a default and collections issue. [redacted] sold our old copier lease to Central Business Solutions; the lease was through ** Bank. Therefore, Central Business Solutions is responsible for informing ** Bank regarding their purchase, which they have not done, as well as resolving the more than $25,000 remaining on the lease. Due to utter incompetence or harsh intention, Central Business Solutions has avoided all communication for over two months with both [redacted] and ** Bank. As of August **, 2015 [redacted] has been found in default of payment with ** Bank when in fact, we at [redacted] do not owe ** Bank anything. Rather, Central Business Soultions does as they purchased the lease. [redacted] pays its current copier services to GE Capital and yet still receives default and collections notices from ** Bank.Desired Settlement: [redacted] is currently in default for $1,419.00, however, as stated above more than $25,000 remains unpaid on the ** Bank copier lease, purchased by Central Business Solutions. Our desired outcome is for notices of default and collections to be erased from our record and no longer sent to our Church; we are simply not responsible for these payments. Similarly, we desire for Central Business Solutions to resolve the outstanding balance of over $25,000 with ** Bank. Lastly, we would like to hold Central Business Solutions accountable for their blatant neglect of a serious financial issue which could greatly impact the Church's credit rating and future access to funds (i.e. loans). ,
