I have tried to get a hold of this customer for a couple weeks now and I keep leaving messages, with out getting a call back. The company tried to sell me pens, however, I was told that they would not be the basic kind, and they are the basic kind of paper mate. Also, they told me that I would receive a kindle fire for free from my order for trying them out, however, I received a mp3 player that looks so old and junky.
