I bought a Chevy in very early MarchConcerned about the amount of miles on a truck it's age I was assured it wasn't a farm truck or rode hard as they told me "we put all our trucks through a rigorous inspection and wholesale all our farm trucks." Found out 3-days later by finding the insurance info for the previous owner in the glovebox that it in fact was a farm truckLie#Took it back and told them and they assured me that if anything were to go wrong it would be completely taken care ofConsidering the condition the truck was in and the info on the previous owner being the farm owner and years old I gave them the benefit of the doubtWithin a week from then my check engine light comes onTake it to get a few gaskets and a sensor replacedA little over a week later I have water leaking from the roof to the cabTake it back and they "plug it" and assure me it was 99.9% never going to leakWell days later I once again have water coming through to the cabTake it backCall the salesman 25min beforehand letting him know I'm coming that way and was told there would be a loaner truck waiting on me when I get thereGet there and I have to hunt down the salesman and he then starts looking for the loaner truckTakes him minutes to find oneMeanwhile the sales manager who assured me all would taken care of and made right made eye contact and never came to talkHe purposely stayed away from meI go to get in the loaner truck and it's completely empty on gasThey put gas in it and I notice there still isn't any drive off tags on the truckTakes another minutes to get that doneThey've tried to switch out the truck with different truckswas 100$/month more payment and the other was the same payment but a year older and more milesNo dealAsk for a complimentary bumper to bumper warranty on the truck for peace of mindThey obligedThe customer service has been horrendous and I've been lied to and misrepresented on multiple occasionsI would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealershipThey sit in another room and laugh at you while you are being inconvienencedI've had to make phone calls myself to get any answers regarding these issues instead of getting phone calls to let me know anythingThey don't careBad bad bad managementAnd nobody would oblige when asked for the owner's contact info

Bought a Silverado first week of MarchAbamount of miles for a truck it's age but was otherwise in great cosmetic condition and had the appearance of a vehicle that had been well cared forI asked about the truck maybe having been used on a farm and was assured "this is not a farm truck, we wholesale all our farm trucks." Within a week I find the insurance information for the previous owner in the glove box and it was insured under a family farmTook it back and was asked if it had been giving me any problemsAt that point it hadn't and considering the appearance and after googling the previous owner I felt better knowing he was years old and majority was more than likely highway miles because he owned the farm and lived in a different cityA week later the check engine light comes onThey replace a sensor and some "air gaskets" and I gave it another shotWeek later I leave for work and I have water coming in from the roof to the inside of the cabIt was noticed at that point that the previous owner installed a CB antenna and drilled a hole in the roof to do soWhen he traded he took the antenna and didn't plug the holeSo the truck was obviously never inspected before the saleI go backI tell them I want everything fixed, replaced and a full inspection top to bottom on the truck, or a truck of equal value with the same numbers and paymentAfter two attempts from the salesman he could only find a truck that was 100$/month more payment or an older truck with more miles with the same paymentNo dealSo I told them I would like a free bumper to bumper warranty guaranteeing I not be liable for anything gone wrong for another years 36k milesThey obligeMeanwhile I make an appointment to get the roof fixed and got a phone call from the salesman basically telling me if I choose to replace the entire roof and not to take the "typically response" and get a plug they are going to dock his payI told him I hated it had to be that way but I want my truck to be in a condition a truck normally should be in before a dealership decides sell it to the customerThey offered to plug the hole and assured me no more leaks before the roof was set to be installedThat was thatSo days later it rains againI go to leave work and once again there is water coming through to the cabI callWas assured a truck would be waiting on me for swap until mine can, yet again, be fixedtake it back and there was no truckAfter An hour of waiting around combined with me searching for someone in higher authority to talk to about the situation I was informed the sales manager i'd been dealing with was the authority and that's not worked yetSo I finally get a loaner truckThen I go to drive off and there is no drive off tags on the backSo I go back yet againTell them I need drive off tagsTakes them min to get me set upI haven't even received my paperwork or my sales tax check to assess this vehicle nor have I made a payment and the sales manager tells me that since the paperwork has been done there's really nothing I can do but either let them fix the truck and take it or drive the truck until they can trade for something of equal valueWhich they haven't been able to do alreadyI've learned as well that just because I sign papers makes it mine isn't trueI was repeatedly misled through the entire sale, and post sale experienceI'm in a loaner truck and about to have a payment due in a truck I'm not even currently drivingI've had it being worked on times now in less than one monthAnd no one seems to care about the inconvienence it has caused me nor the misrepresentation I received throughout this entire processIt's been crazy and I've been lied to multiple timesNot to mention I've had to personally call and get my appointments set up
