See PdfBusiness Response To whom it [redacted] concern:In regards to Complaint Case # XXXXXX Mr. [redacted] came into the dealership to purchase a vehicle and met up with salesman [redacted] and Sales manager [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] then selected a 2013 Cadillac XTS. They agreed on a price and Mr. [redacted] signed the purchase agreement. Next part of the process his salesman brought him into the finance office to go over the numbers and legal disclosures regarding his financing, warranty information, and registration. We like to go over all of the details so that our customers know exactly what they are signing. After he left the finance office and signed his paper work, Mr.[redacted] promised to bring in his down payment the following day. This amount was $15,500. The following day he returned with the $15,500 and he then got his registration and inspection sticker. I am confused as far as bait and switch and what this actually means. No one switched anything with Mr.[redacted]. After meeting with Mr. [redacted] I feel sorry that he is unhappy but there is nothing I can do. The original price was $41,000.00 on the car and I was told I would get $10,000.00 for my trade if I bought the car that day and I could get the cadillac for $31,000.00 after my $10,000.00 trade. My days [redacted] be mixed up but I am correct on what transpired. The whole reason I brought in $15,500.00 was becuse it was half of the purchase price on the agreement.Final Business Response To Whom it [redacted] Concern: In regards to complaint Case #XXXXXX Mr. [redacted] Signed the purchase and sales agreement on 10/29/2013, including the contract and 10 other legal documents with my Finance Manager, [redacted], that day. The only thing that Mr.[redacted] did on 10/30/2013 (the following day) was bring us the cash that was due on delivery of $15,500. He also received his registration and Inspection sticker for his new Car at this time as well. No legal documents or contracts of any kind were rewritten or signed on 10/30/2013. Also according to Mr.[redacted]'s first letter, his dates appear to be mixed up, as he states 10/28/2013 he came in and 10/29/2013 he returned. According to our records he came in on 10/29/2013 to purchase vehicle and returned on 10/30 /2013 and received his receipt and new registration the day after he picked the car up, dated 10/30/2013.
