Review: I went into this business about 6 weeks ago to buy a n microphone for my hands-free Pioneer Stereo that was recently installed in March. The owner didn't want to just put a new microphone in, he wanted reinstall our BRAND NEW STEREO. I paid $185 to him instead of $75 like it should have been. Since he reinstalled our stereo we have had problems with the radio station & volume control. He has finally fix the microphone, but it has caused our Stereo not to work. At all, we can't even turn it on. The owner says WE BROKE OUR OWN STEREO, when it was working perfect before he worked on it. I'll I'm asking is for him to repair it or give us our money. BACK. He will NOT do either. In fact, I'm filling a civil lawsuit against him on Monday, July 6, 2015. He will have to pay for the repair of the stereo even if I get it done correctly by someone else. So he should just refund the $185 now.Desired Settlement: If he will not give the money back. Then he needs to repair the stereo completely& fix the microphone so everything works again at no charge because breaking the stereo is what he had done. Not my husband or myself.
