was purchased at auction with a clean Wisconsin titleMr*** Claims title was "washed"he has said title issued in his nameby the state of Wisconsin and There are no Brands on titleThe Vehicle has Previous Salvage history meaning accidentBut Mr*** Should Read title history sectionof his carfax report

Revdex.com: I find it completely unacceptable that the business owner decides to lie instead of taking action and amending a despicable mistake. The vehicle was not disclosed as having been in an accident. I have the emails where I asked as proof that I would be more than happy to share. It is also a flat out lie that I hadn't test drive the vehicle. I had driven it prior to purchase. I'm not sure why this is even being brought up in the first place, as I would have no way of knowing the things that were wrong with the vehicle from a test drive.I have attached the email chain where I asked if the vehicle has ever previously been in an accident (and my question is ignored). Read from the bottom to top. I would also be more than happy to send all original paperwork from the time of purchase where nothing is mentioned about previous damage.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
