This contractor Mike Valocchi put in a self stick tile floor he said it would take him no than 2-days.It took him much longer about 2-weeksAlso it was a terrible job I don't think he had ever done oneAlso he was to do some interiore paintingAgain he said 1weekWell that may have been true if he would have shone up every day, he didn't he was always texting to say he wasn't going to make it.It took him a monthPlus towards the end he didn't even sand where he had patched nor did he use a drop clothes.He loosened all the trim but refused to put it back correctlyHe had broken a piece of trim we bought anew one he refused to put it in.In the kitchen we had to buy quater round he said my husband could do it,my husband asked him to cut it for him before he left.He did but it was intirerly wrongWe had a contract saying that he would be paid upon completionHe never did finish but he was paid because he and I had quite an argumentMy husband wanted him out of hereWhen I confronted him about the days he wasn't here he said he worked for him self and makes his own hoursGee, I thought he was working for usThis guy has a bad attitudeI was stupid to think I could trust him to do a good job and finish his workAll he could say was he gave me a deal and so he shouldn't have to wait until the job was done and Correctly before he was paid..??? The heck????
