I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do dispute one thing they say. I did not see the back ordered message and at check out it said it would be shipped within 48 hours. Then they never contacted me about a different shipping date, not at the time of order nor when it was finally shipped. But I did receive the order - just weeks after I expected it.I have no wish to hurt the business but I did read on Revdex.com a previous complaint about the same thing, so maybe the business should think about their communication policies with customers.

This customer called us because he returned two products (put second product in box with machine he received). Since the warehouse did not know this (shipped in two separate boxes) the item was not refunded when the return was received. We immediately refunded him the $40.94 for the item....
I put in an order on April 1st. The website said it would be processed in 24 to 48 hours. 8 days later they processed my order and [redacted] picked it up on the 9th day. I did not know that there was a way to send [redacted] this slow, because they will not deliver the package until April 22nd! I am accustomed to [redacted] Prime where the item is received in 2-3 days. I expected this to take longer, but not over 3 weeks. I needed the item by the 16th and I am very disappointed. I will not use Prime Time Solutions again.
