Sleazy dealershipUsed bait and switch tactics on me We agreed on a price for Mazda through text messagesWhen I go in to do the paperwork, they offer me the for that price instead of the I show the salesman the text conversation I had with internet sales rep, he calls the manager, and the manager refuses to honor itManager comes back to me with a quote that is $more than what we agreed on for the model In addition to that, they wasted my time without outright informing me that they would not honor the priceThe sales guy came up with an excuse that the stock number I gave them was for (I did not even give them a stock number)He later pressured me into taking a test drive instead of getting the paperwork readyThe manager introduced himself as the manager for the sister GMC dealership and informed me that the Mazda's manager was conveniently on vacationAfter coming back home, I checked their staff page and he is the Mazda sales managerAnd the internet sales rep I was initially in touch with did not even offer an apology when I called her out on the bait and switch tactics

Brought my cx9 in for a front end recall. Picked the vehicle up and the car was out of alignment and the steering wheel at 10 o clock. They knocked the car out of alignment and now want to charge me to fix what they broke..I don't think so!!

Nice to see a business still willing to do what is right ,I purchase a used certified GMC Terrain from Tulley Gmc ,had a great experience from the minute I walked in the door the sales woman Pat [redacted] was great to deal with had me in the vehicle I want to buy in no time at all ,then after a week I noticed the tires had dry rot so I went back to Tulley and talked to the service manager John [redacted] and he sent me to talk to the sales manager Bill [redacted] , Bill went out looked at my tires and talked to [redacted] and came in and told me what is right is right and set me up with an appointment to get new tires free of charge , to me that is great business and earned my business for years to come and I will recommend them to anybody I know looking to purchase or service a vehicle

We agreed on a price for 2017 Mazda 6 through text messages. When I go in to do the paperwork, they offer me the 2016 for that price instead of the 2017. I show the salesman the text conversation I had with internet sales rep, he calls the manager, and the manager refuses to honor it. Manager comes back to me with a quote that is $1200 more than what we agreed on for the 2017 model.

In addition to that, they wasted my time without outright informing me that they would not honor the price.
