I inherited this property that was "managed" by this company. Criminals broke in and took up occupancy, zero cooperation from ***, the representative. They were in possession of the original keys previously known to be in the possession of ***... Personal items are missing.Sharon had social obligations and said she would not answer the phone for authorities.

is incorrect in that I no longer managed the home he is referencing. I did not have a signed agreement from him or any other representatives of the home.
I did speak with local authorities. The question they had for me was " did I have a lease with the people residing in the house?". My answer was no.
*** told me that his neighbor went by and it looked as if there was new lock in place. The keys I received from the departing tenants are still here at the office.
I didn't go by to check on this for two reasons. The first is I didn't know who was in the house and if they were dangerous. When I spoke with the police officer he agreed with me, we didn't know who was in the house and whether they were dangerous or not. The second reason is I was not an agent for either *** or his deceased sister.
Michaels lawyers did contact me after the fact, and said if I sent over an agreement they would sign this immediately and get it back to me. I declined to take on the management. I highly encourage you to speak with Michaels legal representatives.
