ON SATURDAY JUNE 3,2017 CENTRAL COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL SERVICES LTD. TECHNICIAN MATT CAME TO CHECK THE BOILER AND SAID ALL ARE LEAKING...NEED TO REPLACE THEM OVER THOUSAND DOLLORS ( LATER I FOUND OUT THE LEAKING CAN NOT BE SIMPLY CONFIMRED BY SOUND OF BB).... HE SAID TO US TO REPLACE THE HIGH EFFICIENCY BOILER AND TANKLESS FOR OUR BIG HOUSE AND OUR CURRENT BOILER IS SO CHEAP STUFF... UNDER THE HIS VERBALLY PRESSURE, I SAID OK....HE ASKED FOR $2000 DEPOSIT CHQUE. HE WROTE A DRAFT QUOTATION AMOUNT $14,500. AT THE TIME HE WAS TALKING, HE REMOVED ALL THE PARTS AND DISCONNECT THE BOILER. HE SPENT ABOUT 2.5 HOURS INCLUDING HIS TALKING. HE LEFT MY HOUSE AND SAID HE WOULD COME BACK ON MONDAY JUNE 5, 2017. AFTER HE LEFT, I CALMED DOWN AND READ THE QUOTATION I SIGNED. IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY MODEL# OF THE BOILER AND TANKLESS. IT IS ONLY THE LUMP SUM AMOUNT OF $14,500. I CALLED AND TEXTED HIM FOR THE DETAILS OF QUOTATION BUT HE ALWAYS DELAYED IT UNTIL I SAID TO HOLD THE JOB....(AFTER I HOLD

called for emergency gas leak that I could smell in my living room they sent a experienced tech at 1:Am and fix my leak right away thank you vey much for your quick action and best service

I dealed with couple heating company before but Central is most experienced company I ever seen in this industry

This company is very aggressive and when asked for more information about the company they hung up
We received a call from them last weekWe told them we were not interested as we had our ducts cleaned recentlyDespite this, they came to our home this week and claimed that we had scheduled an appointment to have our ducts cleaned today- Feb 8,
We confirmed no appointment was scheduledThe man who came with a white truck left and then we received a callThe man over the phone tried to get us to schedule an appointmentWe asked for the name of the company- Central Commercial and Residential Services Ltd
We again mentioned that we did not require a duct cleaning
When we were about to ask for more information, he hung up on us
Then we checked our caller id and this is what showed up- *** and phone number ***
We did not and do not intend to deal with this company

I thought I should let people know what I thought of the service that we received from Central I called them to have zone values replaced and I still had heat in the house I was able to manually keep the values adjusted to keep my home warm A day or so later after I contacted them, they came at about 3:pm and replaced the zone values I was shocked when they told me that they could not finish the job and I would need a new system They said they could not turn my heat back on as they could not open the bleeder value I wonder why the breeder value was not checked at the start, surely they knew they would have to bleed the system! I had also bleed the air out of the system from the radiators in the rooms myself and never needed to use this value, so I was surprised *** this seemed to be the classic repairperson coming to a*** home for a minor repair, to then force them into purchasing a new system I was told it would be more expensive to replace the old parts than get a new system and we would be without heat! If I wanted to get other quotes, we would be without heat for maybe days or weeks I was not happy being put into this position and felt forced to agree to having the furnace replaced We were without heat for two days! I have contacted them and was told the bill was fair and if I could get a lower quote they would match it Other companies will not give quotes over the phone, so I cannot even get a ball park estimate I think the price my be fair, but we should never have been put in a situation where we had no heat

James came this morning to find out a problem with our boiler .The radiators were not getting warm He spent right amount of time to fix my boiler He found out what was the issueAnd he told that he needs to go to the distb to get a part to fix my boiler He left and came back in min and resolve my issue I'm really appreciate it

I Really impresssed with their ServiceI had no heat and called them for service they came same day and fix my furnace in weekend thank you Central

Best customer service I ever seenI contacted Central commercial and Residential services for my gas smell around pm and they send a tech in min and solve my problem for reasonable price Best experience

I called Central last week for my furnace and air conditioning estimate person came in and gave couple different option that would be a best fit for my little house they quoted me with best financing option which allowed me to save I called them back to book for installationDavid and other person came in and did a perfect job and they did clean perfectly after installation now I am so happy with their service , and customer service as well

I had a great experience last week with Central I got water leak from my hot water tank .I book an appointment right away with Central and they came on time and check my water heater They said it was leaking from the bottom and is not fixable They check my warranty label and notice that my tank is still on the warranty They remove my old tank and replaced a new one for just labor cost what I suprised for their service

just making this review because of the job they did for my parents was wonderful
they install our heating system and even when City came for inspection he suprised for their job I love my system now

The technician demonstrated to me with a red light indicator, that there was a gas leak from the furnace valve There was no smell, the gas sensor I had installed in the furnace room read I was told this is very dangerous and urged to either replace the valve for $or install a high efficiency furnace for $ I was concerned about the evidence so I hired another company to do a second inspection The inspector was not informed of the results of the first inspection until after their report was written At that time he, the second inspector, confirmed that the furnace was tested and no leak was found
I contacted Central Heating and Air Conditioning again The man on the phone stated that he needed the invoice from the 2nd technician before he could refund the *** charge He stated he would send a confirmation after the refund was completed I have not received notification yet
I give this stars (neutral) as per this site definition of star valueOnly because of my own due diligence, no harm was done, but there remains the question of the integrity of the first evaluation of the function of the valve of the furnaceThis should not happen

The technicians who installed the furnace were on time and knowledgeable

Jeene came to our place when no one would cause it was on a Sunday and it was very cold outsideShe was very friendly and competitively priced .to my opinion he went multiple times beyond my expectations to fix my heaterShe was very situational with us
