April 27, To Whom It May Concern: In response to Mr [redacted] ’s recent email regarding the issue with his Buick Century Although we do not agree with some of what Mr [redacted] is stating Central Dakota Frontier will stand by their offer to honor the warranty on the motor as previously stated It will be up to Mr [redacted] to make arrangements to get the car back to our service center as we have already gone above and beyond to try to pick up the vehicle The warranty honor will cover only the engine and will not cover the cost of any labor or fluids (how warranties work) Mr [redacted] will have to contact our service center at ###-###-#### and visit with our service technician to work out any other details It is Central Dakota Frontier’s position that we have made more than an honest and concerted effort to remedy this situation We look forward to hearing from Mr [redacted] to resolve this issue in fullSincerely, Lynette M [redacted] Retail manager Central Dakota Frontier Cooperative New Salem, ND ###-###-#### [redacted]

DFC is going to stand by their offer and take care of the issue, but getting the vehicle to the shop will be the customers responsibility. As stated before we feel we went above and beyond to try to pick up the vehicle, we were unable to get ahold of the customer and had to drive back from Fargo with an empty trailer

I am rejecting this response becauseIt's falseThe battery I had in the car was only a few years old and in good condition, they didn't charge it when they took it out of the car as they put the new engine inWhen I picked up the car and took it onto the interstate just outside of town the battery went deadI tried to call the shop but they didn't answer, I called my mom, *** ***, who had one of the mechanics personal phone numberShe had it because I was in Killdeer working construction all summer and didn't have much time to talk to them during shop hours and sometimes the locations we were working in had no service or bad serviceThey replaced the battery and didn't mention any charge for it, neither did I say anything about calling them the next dayIt seemed we both understood that it was their fault that I didn't have a charged battery since they didn't charge it when it was not in the vehicleAlso, it's that my mailbox wasn't set up at the timeI don't know if it's true they did a google search to find a connection to me, but they're either liars or is since they knew(as I told them) that I lived in Fargo and they had my mother's(*** ***) phone numberIf need be she can confirm thatIt's also that they called me back after I left them a message about the new engine having problems, I called them and told them but they I had to get the vehicle to them or I was out of luckI told them that it isn't driveable in it's condition, they didn't careI later sent an email to the cooperative about the problems I was having, then the shop called me back that and said they would be able to get the car and would call me back and let me know when they would pick it upAfter a week or two of not hearing back I called them and they told me they would pick it up the next week on Friday, but they didn't show up and I didn't receive a callI called them the following week and they said they had a truck coming through in two weeks on Friday and would be there between 4-5pm, so I planned my day around itMy phone was having issues that week that I called my phone provider about several times attempting to get fixedPart of the problems were my voicemail didn't work, sometimes my calls and texts notifications wouldn't show up until one or two days later, and I wasn't able to respond to textsI saw calls from a few numbers I didn't recognize on Friday so I called one number around noon, it was one member of the businessShe gave me attitude and said they left and I'm out of luckI then called a superior and they called the drivers, then called me back and said the refused to ever come back and honor their warranty, I threatened to report them to the Revdex.com, they said to go aheadI got the car from my parents that summer, they can attest to the fact that it had an antenna at the time, and I have a coworker who rode back and forth with me who can attest to the fact that it had an antenna until the time of it being in the shopWhen I picked up the car the antenna was missing and there was a dent on the side by it, which I didn't notice until after I left, and the block heater was missing, which I didn't notice until later, and my parents had installed for me that winter as a Christmas giftI was not belligerent at all about getting the car, I didn't get angry until this last strawI've had nothing but problems with this shop and will go as far as to say they are bold face liarsThey knew I was going back to Fargo and wouldn't be back since construction season was close to ending, they knew I would be an easy target to take advantage of, and they think since they are a business their word will be looked at better in a complaint situationAll I want is this issue to be made right, nothing more, nothing less

April 27, 2016 To Whom It May Concern: In response to Mr. [redacted]’s recent email regarding the issue with his 2003 Buick Century.  Although we do not agree with some of what Mr. [redacted] is stating Central Dakota Frontier will stand by their offer to honor the warranty on the motor as previously stated.  It will be up to Mr. [redacted] to make arrangements to get the car back to our service center as we have already gone above and beyond to try to pick up the vehicle.  The warranty honor will cover only the engine and will not cover the cost of any labor or fluids (how warranties work).  Mr. [redacted] will have to contact our service center at ###-###-#### and visit with our service technician to work out any other details.  It is Central Dakota Frontier’s position that we have made more than an honest and concerted effort to remedy this situation.  We look forward to hearing from Mr. [redacted] to resolve this issue in full. Sincerely, Lynette M. [redacted] Retail manager Central Dakota Frontier Cooperative New Salem, ND  58563 ###-###-#### [redacted]

I do not accept their offer, they need to come get the car at a time and date soon that we agree upon. Last time if they would have been there when they said they would this wouldn't be an issue anymore. Not only that, they have lied and have not addressed all the issues. Something needs to be done
