Central Dental Care

Their so called "denture specialist" John, put so much gook on my dentures to help them to stay in place, however the dentures never stayed in place, then he sanded the gook from my dentures, which left a thin layer in the middle which eventually cracked into two pieces, right in the middle. N,ow, he claims to have made a mold of my mouth, for that fact which should of came back as I have "flat gums" but the dentures did not accommodate. And they kept insisting that "I dropped the dentures" I have never dropped my dentures, I needed them to eat so I took good care of them. They will form the same question or statement in 20 different ways, but the answer remains "No". Anyway, makes you wonder what mold did he use to so called "create MY dentures" One more thing I have about 7 teeth left in my mouth, and the staff kept insisted on giving me a "cleaning" so they can continue to "milk" my insurance company. You have to literally put some bass in your voice, in order for them to understand "NO" yeah that's right, big time "insurance SCAMMERS"

WARNING!!! This Dr.is a scam. I had my appointment at noon. I arrived before time to complete paperwork, the receptionist had me waiting until 12:25p. Another staff completed my dental x-rays, took nearly 45 min. I was told to wait for the scam Dr. who had absolutely nothing good to say about my teeth. He took lots of time convincing me about referring me to his "buddy specialist" who can help me b/c "am special." Very unprofessional guy. Selling his idea of why I should whiten my teeth, have cosmetic work done by the "good Dr. who is an expert." Even after all his shenanigans, he sent one of the girls to tell me that they were short staffed, and I'd have to wait or reschedule for cleaning. This guy is a joke! He billed my insurance and I was told to reschedule my cleaning. I requested for my x-rays, I was told they would email them to me after they download. I called a day after to follow up, the unprofessional receptionist did not answer the phone. I wasted 2 hours at this guy's little, isolated office. Don't go there please, find someone else!

You may not have enough staff to work, but please present your patients with options, don't scam their insurance money.
