I have reviewed Ms.Galioto's response to my responses, and I am sorry that [redacted] does not agree with my response. [redacted] and I have not not seen eye to eye on this matter. The reasons that she had a problem with the sealer coating are in her response, let me explain again:#1-Sample- We sent--she received---then she ordered aprox. 1 month later-she responds "that she was willing to pay for the sample"..Her response is immaterial whether or not she was willing to pay....WE SEND SAMPLES TO ALL OR ANY CUSTOMERS WHO MAY HAVE A DOUBT HOW THE PRODUCT WILL WORK UNDER THERE CONDITIONS. IF IT DIDN'T WORK WHY WOULD YOU ORDER MORE?#2-She responds that she followed directions---In our 1st response to the Revdex.com to this complaint I sent you actual email text from [redacted] she herself admitted to only waiting 12 hours or so after power washing 2x-(which is one time to many)---IT IS REQUIRED TO WAIT A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SEALER-COATING IS APPLIED.--[redacted] then repied "I know when its dry I can see it". CONCRETE IS VERY ABSORBENT, YOU CAN NOT TELL IF CONCRETE IS COMPLETELY DRY BY "LOOKING AT IT". That is why we ask to wait a minimum of 24 hours.3# The product is chipping. The product covers 2/3 or what is stated. ...STEEL-GUARD SEALER COATING IS DESIGNED TO COVER 500 SQ.FT PER MASTER KIT. (2A's + 2B's) 500 SQ FT IS 25 X 20, IF YOU ONLY COVER 333 SQ.FT (APROX.16 X 20) YOU HAVE APPLIED IT TO THICK.AND YOU WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS WITH CURING, BONDING, DRYING, CHIPPING, BLISTERING, BUBBLING. I conclude that this matter should be closed. There will not be a refund.

I can see it. Also, it was 83 degrees outside with a slight breeze.
My issues are:
1. The product is chipping in every kennel.
2. The product does not cover the amount of area that was advertised. It covers about 2/3 of what was stated. Which means one would have to buy double the amount.

On July [redacted] 2016 [redacted] called and placed an order for the exact same product she received a sample. [redacted] had specific prep instructions: 1-A good...
bristle broom sweep, 2-Power/pressure wash or mop, 3-Let dry for at least 24 hours. She was told the only problem with bonding will occur is if the surface is wet from water. [redacted] power washed it twice. (Below will be an actual email from [redacted] showing proof that she waited only 12-15 hours before application.In [redacted] second complaint she says the product did not cover the square footage as advertised. Each 1 gallon kit of epoxy (1A + 1B) covers 250 sq.ft. If you do not extend the application to its full 250 sq.ft. The product will be applied to thick and will not dry in 12-15 hours and will peel up. Email exerpt:We powerwashed Thursday evening 8/** (twice).Friday am we used a leaf blower to blow anything that might have gotten on the kennel floors (3 sided building).Friday am (8/**) we applied.GailIn summary we feel that we sent a sample, Offered full and complete instructions.We met and went above our obligations. There will not be a credit to [redacted]'s account.
