I am unaware and have not spoken with customer or visually seen this vehicleGoing through the most recent history of the work performed, and the technicians who performed the repairs, and the vehicle lifts usedI believe this did not happen at our facilityWe have lifts with pads, and
qualified techniciansWe work on approximately Fiat vehicle a month and have never had any lift damage complaints

As you said in your complaint you assumed two keys would be part of the transaction, but were never promised two keys.As I explained to you on numerous occasions , pre-owned vehicles come with one key, new and certified vehicles come with two keys.
