[redacted] and his fiancee, [redacted], came into the store to find vases for their wedding on April [redacted], 2016. They selected and purchased 14 ZV-24. We only had 7 in the store, which they took and we ordered the other 7 for them which they picked up the following week. On September **, 2016, I...

received a call from [redacted] complaining that the vases were wrong. We understand that customers purchase items believing it is what they want and need only to find out they were wrong. They wanted to exchange the item and I asked if they had the receipt. The answer was no. I have had customers come in trying to “return” items not purchased from here which is why we have that policy. I explained the store policy and there is a sign that says No returns after 7 days with receipt. Our invoices also state “All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this bill”. I have been in business for over 30 years and have a wonderful reputation and always try to work with my customers. I have never had a complaint before. While it was not my responsibility, I felt badly and went through my triplicates of 5 months, to try to find the sale Central Floral Supply [redacted]. I found it and called the next day and left a message on their machine. I told them that I found the slip and they could bring in the merchandise and I would try to work with them. I got no response at all until this letter arrived. At this point, I do not want to make any exchange or refund. I went out of my way to find their invoice, called the next day to try to resolve this and got no response. Their response was to complain to you, the Revdex.com, because after almost 6 months they wanted to exchange a product and could not prove they purchased it here and somehow it is my fault. The product they took the day they came in was what they selected. The items they picked up the following week was obviously the same because they are not returning half the order but all of it. It is apparent what they selected turned out to be not what they needed but businesses have policies and even when we tried to work with them they chose to not respond perhaps, because they complained to you, the Revdex.com. Again, even if we didn’t have the sign up in the store, the invoice states you must accompany returns with the bill. Sincerely yours, [redacted]
