[redacted] and his fiancee, [redacted] , came into the store to find vases for their wedding on April ***, They selected and purchased ZV-We only had in the store, which they took and we ordered the other for them which they picked up the following weekOn September **, 2016, I received a call from [redacted] complaining that the vases were wrongWe understand that customers purchase items believing it is what they want and need only to find out they were wrongThey wanted to exchange the item and I asked if they had the receiptThe answer was noI have had customers come in trying to “return” items not purchased from here which is why we have that policyI explained the store policy and there is a sign that says No returns after days with receiptOur invoices also state “All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this bill”I have been in business for over years and have a wonderful reputation and always try to work with my customersI have never had a complaint beforeWhile it was not my responsibility, I felt badly and went through my triplicates of months, to try to find the sale Central Floral Supply [redacted] ***I found it and called the next day and left a message on their machineI told them that I found the slip and they could bring in the merchandise and I would try to work with themI got no response at all until this letter arrivedAt this point, I do not want to make any exchange or refundI went out of my way to find their invoice, called the next day to try to resolve this and got no responseTheir response was to complain to you, the Revdex.com, because after almost months they wanted to exchange a product and could not prove they purchased it here and somehow it is my faultThe product they took the day they came in was what they selectedThe items they picked up the following week was obviously the same because they are not returning half the order but all of itIt is apparent what they selected turned out to be not what they needed but businesses have policies and even when we tried to work with them they chose to not respond perhaps, because they complained to you, the Revdex.comAgain, even if we didn’t have the sign up in the store, the invoice states you must accompany returns with the billSincerely yours, [redacted] ***
