I was promised a gas gift card by the finance manager after the salesman [redacted] said he didn't think it would be possible to have the tank filled because of the great deal that I got (yeah right). Well needless to say I never received any such gas gift card. I then realized the passenger heated seat was not working on the drive home. I called [redacted] the salesman, who wasn't sure if they could fix the problem at no cost but to bring it in and they would see what they could do. Should have been fixed before the truck was sold.

Then I realized that the loan amount was $100 higher than the sales price on the contract. After a closer look at the contract, I noticed a loan fee to be paid to seller that was in the column of charges but was not added into the final amount. Pretty tricky. Well you got me for now but I'm sure it will catch up with you.

Unbelievable that a business treats people like this and would ever expect return business.

I called to make an appointment on Monday only to find out that my regular guy no longer worked there. This should have been my first clue. I proceeded to backtrack through history with the service person, and scheduled an appointment for that upcoming Saturday. We also ordered the part, which would take 1 day to receive. I received a confirmation via email that the part was there. Fast forward, I show up first thing on Saturday to drop off my vehicle for the repairs. After 4-5 hours with no call I followed up on the status. I was then informed that they had not started any work on the car, and that they didn't show the part had been ordered. Next they tried to say someone called me to tell me this earlier(which never happened), and I let them know that it was complete[redacted] The guy then tells me that they would not be able to get it done that day, they are owed on Sunday, and it would be sometime Monday.

Unacceptable! I ended up just picking up the vehicle after 7.5 hours and nothing done, with an appointment mind you. I asked 3 service people to call the manager so I could speak with them and get my vehicle. All of them ignored me. Finally a salesman as able to find him.
Not only will I never go back there, but I do not see me buying their vehicles ever again. I have owned 3, so it is definitely their loss.

Do not waste your Time at this Dealership, Horrible Customer Service, they only want you to buy the car then treat you like you're a nobody after the sale. Also beware of extended warranties as they do not offer Genuine Mopar Vehicle Protection warranties.
